        Tri – Deaf Church Worship Service (Calvary Temple Deaf Fellowship,               Manitoba Catholic Church of the Deaf and Winnipeg Church of the Deaf) held at           Deaf Centre Manitoba in the DCM Recreation Areas beginning at 11:00                         a.m.  Light lunch following the Worship Service and Everyone is Welcome to 

TD Tree Days 2016 – Join us TD Tree Days as work to plant 50,000 trees across Canada. The TD Friends of the Environment Foundation is hosting 10 Deaf Community Planting across Canada. TD will provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters at each site to facilitate communication between Deaf and hearing volunteers. Register and join an event this fall to help make your community greener!

Place: Fort Whyte Alive, Winnipeg, MB at 1 pm.

Interpreter Workshop - MCCD is hosting Interpreter workshop from 7 to 9 pm at St. Ignatius Church. More details will be followed.

International Day of Sign Language Rights Manitoba Deaf Association will host the Canadian Association of  the Deaf and World Federation of the Deaf ‘s celebration of Sign Language Rights in the Front Lobby of DCM from 5 to 7 pm. Cake and ice cream will be served   

Saturday, September 24th:   

21st Annual Fun Volleyball Tournament 2016 Annual Fun Volleyball will be held at Manitoba School for the Deaf (MSD) from 8:45-4:00 pm. See below for full information: 

Defty Award - MCSD is hosting the Defty Award. More details will be followed.

        Notice: SRV Canada VRS Launch Date-
        SRV Canada VRS will launch in September. We are looking forward to          it. On the first phase of the SRV Canada VRS website, we will learn             about the service and stay up to date on all the latest developments.
