As you may have heard, our 15th International Women’s Week Cabaret of Monologues: Changes is coming up in just a week! The tour kicks off on March 2nd with our two public performances on March 7th at 4pm and 8pm.
We are very excited to be featuring Joanna Hawkins, a deaf artist who has created and will be performing a mime piece entitled The Bold, Beautiful and Deaf. We will also have ASL interpretation for our 8pm performance. The performance will be at The Asper Centre for Theatre and Film (400 Colony), the venue is wheelchair accessible with gender neutral restrooms.
We really hope you will be able to make it to one of the two performances. In the meantime, below are some social media examples. We would be so grateful if you could share this event on your social media platforms to spread the word on International Women’s Week and supporting local female talent!
