Winnipeg Taxicab Study 2016

What do you think about Winnipeg’s taxi services?

The Taxicab Board has engaged MNP to complete a review of the Winnipeg Taxicab industry to ensure access to quality, safe and efficient taxicab services including:
·        A taxicab supply that effectively meets demand
·        Affordable fares that support a healthy, viable taxicab industry
·        High quality customer service and customer satisfaction
·        Safety and security of passengers and drivers
·        Compliance with all applicable laws including accessibility standards.
The review will include consultations with cab companies and drivers, the public, and organizations with an interest in taxi and limousine services in Winnipeg.

Background information about the industry in Winnipeg and access to online surveys is available on the Winnipeg Taxi Study webpage at www.wpgtaxistudy2016.ca

We would like to invite your organization to participate in the discussion by referring people to the survey, by submitting a written submission and/or participating in a focus group (dates TBA):
